WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please first note whether the item you are about to order is in stock. If you order an out-of-stock item, the following shipping times will only apply once the item arrives at 185 Performance from our suppliers. This can sometimes take months, since we offer rare parts for many older cars. If you need an estimated time of arrival (ETA), please write us using the "Contact Us" link.

USA DELIVERY: We offer UPS shipping to the United States. Orders shipped via UPS Ground will normally arrive within 3-10 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 2-Day will normally arrive within 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 1-Day (domestic only) will normally arrive within 1-2 business days (no Saturday delivery) from receipt of order. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. Protectorate orders have their own shipping times based on the various shipping options at checkout.

CANADA DELIVERY: We will gladly ship to Canada via UPS or USPS; you have several shipping choices at checkout. Please use the shipping calculator for a time estimate. We complete all export documents in accordance with US Customs export laws and requirements. DO NOT ASK US TO COMMIT PERJURY ("LIE") SO YOU CAN PAY LESS IN IMPORT DUTIES ("TAXES") IN CANADA!

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: We will gladly ship internationally via UPS or USPS; you have several shipping choices at checkout. Please use the shipping calculator for a time estimate. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country, for any reason. We complete all export documents in accordance with US Customs export laws and requirements. DO NOT ASK US TO COMMIT PERJURY ("LIE") SO YOU CAN PAY LESS IN IMPORT DUTIES ("TAXES") IN YOUR COUNTRY! (Other than Canada, Norway currently holds the record for asking this question the most. And stop bragging about all the "free" services provided by your government.)

LOCAL PICKUP: If you are local to us in Colorado, feel free to select "Store Pickup / Walk In" at checkout time. You will then be charged nothing for shipping costs, and are welcome to visit us in Littleton when your parts are ready.

SHIPPING RATES

Our shipping rates are based primarily on weight, and often also on dimensions, as some boxes are oversized. If you would like a shipping cost estimate, simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart, then click on "estimate shipping".

TAXES and CUSTOMS

Sales tax is applied according to shipping address. If we ship to an address in Colorado, USA, you will be charged sales tax.

CANADA and INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country. We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Returns & Replacements

OUR RETURN POLICY

Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault, provided you contact us within five (5) days from receipt of merchandise.

Returns for which the customer ordered incorrectly will be charged a 15% restocking fee and freight return.

Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Credit will not be issued for returned product that has been marked, altered, or abused. Credit will not be issued for returned product that has been installed on a vehicle or used in any way.

All returns must include a copy of the invoice or packing list.

No returns are accepted freight collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid and insured for current value.

Absolutely NO returns are accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice or date of original shipment, whichever is later.

Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to the shipping company immediately. Then contact us so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise.

All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If found defective, contact us immediately for an adjustment and/or return approval. Be sure you have our invoice or packing list when you call. We will make a satisfactory adjustment on all unused, defective merchandise if we are notified within five (5) days of delivery date.

Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the freight agent make note of the condition. Open your package(s) immediately and check the contents and your enclosed or emailed invoice. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) days of delivery. Save the container(s) that the shipment arrived in.

DO NOT refuse shipments as this results in unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Accept the shipment and contact us for assistance. All refused shipments will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
